Flexible Pricing
Pricing is available in 2 formats to fit your needs and budget.
Plans
Plans are flexible. If you choose to pay using a plan, you can:
1. Pay for exactly the amount of work required, potentially saving money
2. Customize projects without limitations, requesting features outside of the scope of package pricing
3. Opt-in for feedback and strategy suggestions for a more holistic review and assistance with your business
If I make a mistake, I fix it for free. I’ll track that time as un-billable hours. Examples: typos, misspellings, punctuation mistakes, grammatical errors, broken bezier curves, visible guide layers, file formatting issues, among other similar mistakes.
If your project requires functionality beyond my existing expertise, the research time is free and the development is discounted to account for speed.
This does not include changes to content or requesting a style change at the end of a project. If you decide to move/add/change/delete the content, that will incur additional hours to re-work the composition.
At the beginning of any project, I will discuss my ideas to see if they are aligned with your vision and I will provide updates early and often to make sure the style is on track with your desires.
When using a plan, you set the terms for how much you’re comfortable with paying in a given time frame. This works really well for people who can’t afford a package cost upfront, and for testing the waters. For example, you can request 1-2 hours of work at a time or set a weekly limit.
When you choose plan pricing, you will get access to a client portal where you can review the hours worked, the notes describing the work completed, and the updates to the project.
Plans are a great fit when:
– You need a project, that was started by another designer, finished or built upon
– You need to spread your project out over a longer period of time to reduce the upfront payment
– You want a website that has the functionality of a game
– You’d like to cherry-pick the deliverables from packages (e.g. color palette, logo, and fonts without a formal brand guide)
– You want multiple packages (the overlap in information gathering and resource setup from shared branding saves time and therefore money)
Packages
Packages have flat-rate pricing. You know the exact total that you’re paying up front.
Packages are great for those who love to self-service. They are designed to allow you to checkout and fill in your requests without any need to meet to draft, review and sign a contract.
Packages are quick and can be purchased in a matter of minutes.
Examples of out of scope work:
– Website development for a site that functions like a game
– 3-Dimensional and pop-up business cards
– Audits for medium to large businesses
